Special train to be introduced for Statue of Unity
There is a great news coming in the pocket of travelers. The IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) is all set to introduce a special train for Statue of Unity. IRCTC is going to run a special train from March 4 for passengers traveling to the Statue of Unity in Gujarat. Let us state that in October last year, Prime Minister Modi unveiled this world’s largest statue of Sardar Patel.
This special train will be started under Bharat Darshan Tour scheme. As per this package, there will be 7 nights and 8 days for travelers.The train will start from Chandigarh and will get go through Ujjain, Indore, Shirdi and Nashik and Aurangabad. Travelers can board the train from Chandigarh, Ambala, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Panipat, Delhi Cantt, Rewari, Alwar, and Jaipur.
The train to halt at Vadodara. From there the tourists will be taken to the Statue of Unity in bus. The package includes Non-AC sleeper, AC class travel, night stay, vegetarian food and security arrangements.The price of this package is Rs 7,560 per person.
