To celebrate the food and the general elections 2019, Ardor 2.1 the bar-grill in CP of Delhi is serving a humongous ‘United India’ thali, in which you will get to eat Chowkidar parathas, Aam Aadmi Pasta. The ‘United India Thali’ is the confluence of 28 different dishes for each state in the country.
What’s more, is that the thali weighs 10.5 kilos and has some of the most popular dishes that we find all over the country. Which simply translates to- you cannot eat the thali alone, gather a gang to devour the beast and conquer the food mountain. The menu of the thali keeps changing as the seven phases of the Lok Sabha elections progress.
The thali has several dishes from the north-south-east-west and center including Galouti Kebabs from UP, Bati chokha from Bihar, Momos from the Eastern Sisters, Prawn curry from Goa, Dum Biryani from Hyderabad, Dhokla from Gujarat and the classic Maharashtrian tiffin or dabba along with so much more.
