Kedarnath’s ‘Dhyan Gufa’ where PM Modi mediated can be rented for Rs 990/day
After finishing the election campaign of 2019, PM Modi was on a two-day tour of Uttarakhand. PM arrived at Kedarnath (Kedarnath) Dham on Saturday. The PM also meditated in the cave of Kedar valley here. This cave is situated on the hill on the left side of Kedarnath Temple.
However, there is some good news for tourists as well, those who are willing to go inside this cave can go at Rs 990.Yes, the cave where Prime Minister Narendra Modi meditated in Kedarnath in Uttarakhand is equipped with all modern facilities and is available for just Rs 990 a day.
Rs 990 per day Rent
The devotees can book a cave for one day by paying 990 rupees. Food Facilities will be made available to the pilgrims by the Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam during the day, but they will have to pay separate charges for that. This cave can be booked for a maximum of 3 days at a time. However, this period of booking can be extended if necessary.Offering electricity, drinking water facility and a washroom, the outer part of the cave is made up of stones and has a wooden door. The Nigam also offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea two times in a day to the tourist residing in the cave at a time of their choice.
An attendant is available on call 24X7 with a call bell installed in the cave.
Since the cave is located at a remote location and is meant to encourage meditation, only one person is allowed in the meditation cave at a time. Even though the cave offers complete isolation, a phone has been installed in the cave which can be used by the visitor in case of an emergency.
How to Book
This cave can be booked by Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam (GMVN). The person making the booking will have to go through the medical tests. After this, even after reaching Kedarnath, the person will be examined. You can book a cave by visiting the site of Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam (GMVN).
